Mathematics

We currently run two mathematics classes, for two levels/ages. We invite children to join the classes, and we also invite children of other levels/age. We are planning to operate mathematics for other age groups when receiving enough of applications/interest. In particular, we invite children of 9 to 10 years old for our intermediate class. We also invite High School children, for either in-class or online mathematics lessons. 

• One class we currently run is for Primary 1-3 children. Children learn basic mathematical skills both in academic (writing on paper and board) way and with interactive activities. Younger children have different activities from older ones in the group.

• Our another class currently operating is for children of 11 – 12 years old (last two classes of Primary school). Here children study in a more academic way, with theory learned with a help of lots of practicing. 

• We offer teaching High School children towards their National 5 exam, and potentially towards their Highers/Advanced Highers if receiving enough of interest for the corresponding small groups. This level of mathematics will be taught by an experienced teacher also lecturing at the University of St Andrews.
